Deanna's Story

Deanna Burkart is a broker at Lincoln Realty. She has enjoyed real estate sales for 35 years and is a perpetual multi-million dollar producer.

Deanna grew up in Decatur/Ripley counties. She is a graduate of South Ripley High School. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Telecommunications/Business Marketing from Indiana University.
She is a 5th-generation farmland owner in Decatur County.
Deanna has over 30 years of sales/marketing experience with various companies such as Fox 19 and WKRC Television Stations, Delta Airlines, Batesville Casket Company, and Hubert Company.
She currently serves as a member of the Decatur County Councilor and was recently recognized as the County Councilor of the Year in the State of Indiana.
Deanna began her real estate career in 2001. She has also acted General Contractor on her current home and was an active part of the construction process in the two years prior.
She is passionate about helping her clients find the perfect new home and helping them navigate through the home-buying process.
